Ralf Caers

Ralf Caers is doctor in de Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen en professor HRM aan de KU Leuven. Hij is gastprofessor HRM aan de Université Catholique De Louvain (Saint Louis) en aan de EHSAL Management School. Ralf is auteur van diverse boeken, huiscolumnist van HR-community #ZigZagHR en zaakvoerder van de coachingpraktijk Passiemento.

Ralf Caers holds a doctorate in Applied Economic Sciences and is affiliated with the Faculty of Economics and Business at KU Leuven. He is a guest lecturer in HRM at Université Saint-Louis and at the EHSAL Management School. Ralf is the author of various books, articles, and columns on human resource management and, as of January 2025, is the resident columnist for the #ZigZagHR community. He is the founder of the coaching practice Passiemento.
